*Terms and Conditions: DJ Services and Travel

1. Service Availability: DJ services are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Until confirmation, dates are not guaranteed.

2.  Travel: For events outside the local area, additional travel fees may apply. These will be included in the final invoice and must be agreed upon in advance.

3. Cancellations: If the event is canceled by the client less than 90 days before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 90 days prior, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Event Duration: DJ services are provided for the agreed-upon duration. Any additional time requested on the day of the event is subject to availability and extra charges.

5.  Equipment: The client is responsible for any damage caused to DJ equipment due to guest actions. Proper space and electrical power must be provided by the client or venue.

6. Travel-Related Delays: In the event of travel delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide timely service or a suitable replacement. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather or transportation issues.
